Where is the best place to park?

There are paid on-street parking options available, along with a few limited parking stations in the vicinity. The nearest parking facility is St Margaret’s Car Park, located on Bourke Street. Alternatively there are loads public transport options.

I’m having trouble finding the salon. Can you help?

Our salon is situated at 284 Crown Street, Darlinghurst, at the intersection with Little Oxford Street. You can find the entrance next to the gelato store, where a staircase will lead you to our premises.

How can I book an appointment online?

Booking your next service online is quick and easy through our website. If you’re scheduling a colour service, please remember to also select either a blow-dry or haircut to complete your look.

Do I need to book a blow-dry when I schedule a haircut online?

No, when you book a haircut online, the price and time allocated include the styling and finishing touches you desire.

What should I do if I'm running late for my appointment?

As we operate on an appointment basis, we ask that you call us if you anticipate being late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your appointment may need to be adjusted or cancelled, potentially incurring a 50% cancellation fee to respect our other guests' time.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that life can be unpredictable! To assist you, we send a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please note that a 50% fee will apply.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, we do! You can conveniently collect your order from The Neighbourhood Salon, located at 284 Crown Street, Surry Hills.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is completed, it immediately progresses to the next stage, making it impossible to change. However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it according to our Returns Policy. For Click & Collect orders, you may cancel anytime before collection by contacting us at hello@neighbourhoodsalon.com.au.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we only deliver in Australia at this time.

My order has been confirmed, but I’ve been informed that an item is out of stock. What should I do?

In the rare event that an item is damaged or unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement once we assess your order. While this situation is uncommon, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving, provided it is unopened and undamaged.
